Live from WGN’s Lunchbreak: Torta Rustica, Chicagoland Cookbooks & Giving Back

I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be back on WGN 9 on Tuesday, November 3 for a special Lunchbreak appearance! I’m cooking up one of my favorite savory pies and sharing the two things closest to my heart: cookies and community. Tune in and see how I assemble the layers of my classic Italian torta rustica recipe—you’ll definitely want to try this one at home! I’ll also be talking about my cookbooks, and how they help support the kiddos at Hephzibah Home and OPRF Infant Welfare Society.
