My easy lemon herb mayonnaise is spreadable savory joy and can be served alongside your stuffed artichokes, with your favorite fish fry recipes, spread richly on burgers or chicken sandwiches, or served on the side of my herbes de Provence salmon. You definitely have to try this one… it’s too easy not to!

This is a great sauce to serve with fish, seafood, or my stuffed Italian artichokes. Your flavored mayo can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Enjoy!


  • 1½ cups mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley leaves


  1. In a food processor, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley. Pulse to combine.
