Bailey’s Irish Cream Coffee Milkshake
When you’re craving an Irish coffee AND ice cream…
This recipe combines two of my favorite treats: Irish coffee and milkshakes. Yep, it’s time for my Bailey’s Irish Cream Coffee Milkshake! This recipe is terrific on its own, but you know me—I like to add a few embellishments.
Add More Chocolate to Your Bailey’s Coffee Milkshake
How about a rim of chocolate on the glass? Easy—just dip your glass into a small bowl of melted chocolate and refrigerate until ready to use. Save the leftover melted chocolate for drizzling on top! Want to make this even more decadent? Try my homemade chocolate ganache. You can find it in my Bailey’s Irish Cream Chocolate Martini.
Turn it into a Bailey’s S’mores Milkshake
How about a garnish of marshmallows or shaved bittersweet chocolate? You really want to make a splash? Get out that kitchen torch and toast the marshmallows up just before serving to make it an Irish coffee s’mores milkshake!
Feel free to get creative with this one—if it sounds good, it probably will be.
