This season, I’m leaning into all things bright, bold, and beautifully simple. From chilled soups to vibrant skewers and breezy cocktails, each recipe this month is designed to give you more quality time with your friends and family all summer long!
Smoky Ginger Pimm’s Cocktail: A Summer Sipper to Remember
The classic Pimm’s Cup gets a bold update with mezcal, fresh lemon juice, and spicy ginger beer. This refreshing summer cocktail is as fun to make as it is to serve—with a scorched rosemary sprig for drama and a candied ginger garnish for sweetness. Hi, I'm Mary DiSomma.
I’ve been baking since I was a little girl. In fact, my Italian-American grandmother, mother, and aunts taught me everything I know. They were my "cooking school." In the kitchens of the women in my family, I inherited the tips and tricks of the generations. I continue cooking and baking their recipes to this day. In fact, I still make over 7,000 cookies every year just to give away to family and friends during the holidays!
