This rosé blackberry spritz recipe is my take on one of my all time favorite cocktails—the Aperol Spritz! There is nothing more perfect for a girls night. This spring cocktail is topped off with IZZE Blackberry soda for a bubbly and deeply refreshing drink perfect for every gathering, especially girls’ night with your best friends!

Lillet Rosé: The Perfect Bitter for a Homemade Spritz Cocktail
Instead of traditional Italian bitters like Aperol or Campari, I opt for a rose Aperitivo in this easy spritz cocktail recipe. I prefer to use Lillet Rosé as my substitute because it is light and delicious. Yes, it is French, but I don’t see anything wrong with mixing a little French influence into my Italian heritage!

How to make a Rosé Blackberry Spritz Cocktail
To finish off this spring medley, I add a little splash of dry gin, fresh lemon juice, and mint. And let’s not forget the bubbles: For that spritz element, I top everything off with some IZZE Blackberry Soda. Pop a few fresh blackberries in the glass along with a skewer of fresh blackberries for garnish and you have a gorgeous cocktail to toast with your friends. You might just have to have more than one. Cheers!
