Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix with Homemade Marshmallows
Hot chocolate holds a special place in my heart—it brings back memories of crisp winter days at the ice skating rink. When I was young, I practically lived at our local park once the rink opened. Skating with friends, feeling the chill of the cold winter air on my cheeks—it was all part of the magic. And nothing topped off those outings better than a steaming cup of hot chocolate.
Even now, hot cocoa is my go-to drink when I come in out of the cold. Not too long ago, my grade school bestie and I caught up over a mug of this homemade hot chocolate, and she loved it so much that I gave her the whole batch and made myself another! I’m telling you, this one is really good!
