Mary’s Easy Lemon Butter Sauce Recipe for Stuffed Artichokes, Pastas, and Fish
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large garlic clove, grated on a microplane or very finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter. When melted, add the garlic and lemon juice.
- Pour the sauce into a bowl and serve with vegetables or fish.
