Mary’s Pomegranate Red Wine Sangria
Sangria is a special treat that’s easy to make and adds a delicious touch to any gathering with family and friends. Now let’s talk about how to elevate that bottle of red with a summer favorite, my Pomegranate Red Wine Sangria recipe.
Sweet and Spicy Pineapple and Jalapeño Infused Casamigos Blanco Tequila
This pineapple and jalapeño infused Casamigos tequila is the perfect drink to enjoy all spring and summer long, especially when you fire up the grill. It takes a little (mostly idle) time to make, but it’s so worth it.
Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit and Rosemary Mimosa
A light and delicious departure from the classic orange juice version, my Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit, and Rosemary Mimosa Recipe is sure to please your brunch guests. Did I mention that I love rosemary in cocktails? Click through and find out why!
Bailey’s Irish Cream Coffee Milkshake
This recipe combines two of my favorite treats: Irish coffee and milkshakes. Yep, it’s time for my Bailey’s Irish Cream Coffee Milkshake! This recipe is terrific on its own, but you know me—I like to add a few embellishments.
Bailey's Irish Cream Chocolate Martini
Chocolate is a must on Valentine’s Day. If you would rather drink your chocolate, you’ve got to try my chocolate martini. On the other hand, it’s almost too pretty to drink… You can impress your sweetheart, too, with just a swirl of chocolate ganache. I’ll teach you how to make it at home, but you can use store-bought chocolate sauce in a pinch, too.
Super Bowl Punch with Beer and Vodka
Super fun: making a special cocktail for Super Bowl Sunday. Not so much fun: sitting around all day and serving it up for your guests! I don’t know about you, but I’d rather watch the game (go Bears)! This Super Bowl Beer Punch is the perfect compromise: serve it up just before game time and let your guests help themselves!
Mexican Spicy Hot Chocolate
When I saw the movie Chocolat, I flat out could not believe that anyone would (or could!) put ground chiles in hot chocolate. This is definitely one of those cases where you should try not to knock it till you’ve tried it. It’s so good. Add a splash of vanilla to elevate your cocoa from “hot drink” to “rich, warm elixir”—and of course, don’t forget the cinnamon.
Pappy’s Manhattan Cocktail
If you are a fan of a classic whiskey drink, you are going to love my take on the traditional Manhattan cocktail recipe. I first tasted this special version of the well-known cocktail in New York several years ago, and after a bit of cajoling, was able to get the recipe out of the bartender.
